The Product Life Cycle support policy is designed to communicate to PC Weather Product's users the tech support available during a products life span and to notify users of planned changed to available options.  The following table indicates the level of support you can expect based on the license version you currently operate.

- No fixes
- Limited Email support
- No patches / hot fixes
- No certification of new environments.

**  We will make all reasonable attempts to support customers with Hurrtrak Online subscriptions even though their product may be retired.
