Microsoft Outlook Interface

The HURRTRAK systems are now able to interface with your Microsoft Outlook's email system.

- This eliminates the requirement of maintaining 2 address books, Outlook's and HURRTRAK's -
- There is no need to define your mail servers email parameters to the system.  HURRTRAK just uses the Outlook system -
- Use the "power" of Outlook to send messages and to optionally save all sent messages from HURRTRAK -

The interface is simple to use.   The MS Outlook contacts are listed for you on a dialog box which easily allows you to choose which individuals or groups you would like to send the HURRTRAK message to.  You are able to use the search field to locate the desired contacts.




All Email is then sent via MS Outlook.

Note:  These same address book entries can be used when setting up automated tasks such as Email Alerts and Summary reports.

Note #2: MS Outlook interface is an option.  The native Hurrtrak Email capabilities remain for those who do not have Outlook or just prefer the "built in" method.
